Barb is an accomplished technology sales and business development strategist. A visionary leader with exceptional communication skills that inspires enthusiasm in others; helping people to turn thoughts into action.
With 30+ years of experience in the high-tech industry Barb’s passion has always been to find the unique strengths of everyone to create diverse & inclusive cultures. Believing this was her intended vocation, Barb secured her Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University (September 2019) and became a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach (April 2022).
I am a fearless free spirit that inspires others to flourish & embrace their authentic selves.
